At Qidi, we develop our 3D printing filaments as a complete category engineered for reliable extrusion and consistent results across a wide spectrum of applications. Our filaments include PLA with medium strength, low flexibility, moderate durability, and print temperatures of 190-230°C that deliver minimal shrinkage. We offer ABS with high strength, moderate flexibility, high durability, and print temperatures of 210-250°C along with Rapido variants reaching 250-280°C for enhanced performance. Our PETG provides strong and flexible properties, high durability, chemical resistance, and print temperatures of 230-260°C with good dimensional stability and low warping. We include TPU for high flexibility and reinforced composites such as PET-CF containing 15% short carbon fibers that achieve enhanced rigidity, strength, creep resistance, solvent resistance, high heat resistance, low moisture absorption of 0.5%, and excellent dimensional stability without warping or shrinkage. ABS-GF25 integrates glass fiber to improve heat distortion temperature and mechanical properties while reducing molding shrinkage and linear expansion coefficient.
We design our entire filament category to support functional parts, mechanical components, and engineering uses through options that feature water resistance, chemical resistance, creep resistance, and compatibility with annealing processes at temperatures such as 70-90°C for selected types. Our mission drives us to create filaments with stable diameter and superior layer adhesion that integrate seamlessly with our devices and enclosed chambers featuring active heating control, enabling users to achieve high-quality surface finishes and durable end-use results without compromising on printability or performance across the full range of materials.
